The Beach of Air Mata Permai


Another name is Air Mati Beach.  This place is located in the village of Sungai Awan Kanan in the subdistrict of  Muara Pawan, about 10 kilometers from  Ketapang. Interestingly, on the beach is a habitat for 27 species of  endemic species of birds  (not elsewhere), and a tourism park for watching birds( Bird Watching). On the beach we can see  a mangrove forest area and a  muddy and white sand area. In certain months, he you can see the customary ritual 'Bekaluk', from the natives of this region, which is of course full of customs and distinctive culture.
